LOCAL SPOTLIGHT ZINE-O-PHILIA

Zine-o-philia are a Zine social Club that started at The Hyde Park Book Club (@hydeparkbookclub) in 2019. They meet there still on the Third Monday of every month and make zines (small DIY handmade books and magazines), hang out, and get creative without any pressure or expectation.

It’s all very informal with the focus on just making stuff. It’s really informal and drop-ins from new people are welcome anytime during the session. This is a great community that can help you make your creative projects come to life.

They work with Universities, schools, bars and alongside musicians to do lots of different projects so whether you just want to hang out and make some stuff, or you have a big project you want to realise, Zine-o-philia would love to get involved!
